The regeneration of artificial vascular anastomoses, especially the maturation of fistulas and vein grafts, is strongly influenced by hemodynamic forces driven by flow characteristics.<\/p>\n<p>Hence, the investigation of hemorheological and hemodynamic conditions is inevitable for a better understanding of the physiology and pathophysiology of vascular anastomoses regeneration and graft implantation.
