Dear colleagues, friends and participants in Project MIRC,

It is our honour to inform you that "SECOND ANNUAL MEETING OF HOSPITALS IN EUROREGION OF PELAGONIJA, PRESPA AND OHRID LAKE, WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION" - 6th,7th NOVEMBER 2009" will be send as a live event/conference, and with your permission even recorded for viewing later by those of us who can?t take part in the event on Friday.

We do that in cooperation with Zupport & MitOrg, Swedish companies that provides us with the conference room and competence needed to deliver the conference/meeting and other content in this way.

The following address can be used from those of you throughout Europe who want to visit us live during the Fridays session in Bitola:

Then in the logon page at Guest please type your whole name and the hospital you are from, then press the button Enter Room.

We will accept your request and let you come in only if we can identify you and your hospital. The meeting room is encrypted and secure. Even this event starts at 09:30 on Friday November 6:th, same time as the meeting/conference.

Those of you who want to come in and see/hear some of the content, discussions and lectures are welcome to do so. Only those who have permission from the organizer will have possibility to act with video and voice. All other participants will only have possibility to see/hear the event and post questions in the text chat.

Those of you who want to participate face to face in the virtual meeting/event, you can participate from your own workplace, wherever it may be as long as you have a Internet connection of better quality, more than 0,5 Mbits. If you are confident in holding lectures live, or can record something that can be shown to participants in Flash format please do so.

If you want some guidance from us on how you can participate or record something please let us now that and we will contact you as soon as possible.
