Traveling from domestic country to and from Macedonia (macedonian airports, http://www.airports.com.mk/ ) is on organization of guests. At Macedonian airports gests will be welcomed from responsible person for every foreign team and than all transport and every care for guests is on Macedonian organization team. If guests are not coming by airplane, than transport to City of Bitola is on organization of guests, in that case responsible person will wait guests in hotel where will be accommodated.

Organization of all activities in Macedonia (http://www.exploringmacedonia.com/) after arrival on airport is responsibility on Macedonian organization team. It will be organized transport to Skopje (www.skopjeonline.com.mk) with possible short welcome meeting in headquarters in Ministry of health of Macedonia (http://www.moh.gov.mk/) with Deputy Minister of health, Vladimir Popovski. Transport from Skopje to city of Bitola (http://faq.macedonia.org/travel/cities/bitola.html) will take abouth 2 hours. Guests will be accommodated in Hotel De Niro (www.hotel-deniro.com/) and Hotel "Villa Diamond".

According agenda of the event are planed intensive activities for two official days 6, 7 November. Guests can always have help from responsible person if they need him, who will be "always on call".
